Meet Our Team

Yon Perullo, CFA, FRM

Partner

Yon has over 25 years of experience in financial markets and has served as both an asset allocator and portfolio manager. As an asset allocator, he was the Chief Investment Strategist for the public market investments of Tresalia Asset Management a multi-billion dollar Mexico City-based family office, and the Chief Risk Officer and Director of Asset Allocation for Fiduciary Research, a $10Bn investment firm. In both roles, Yon was a member of the investment committee, charged with selecting, allocating to, and monitoring portfolio managers from across the investment spectrum. Prior to his roles as an allocator, Yon was a portfolio and risk manager at Guggenheim Asset Management, focusing on long-only and long-short global equity mandates, and at Nascent Strategies, where he ran a market-neutral equity portfolio. Yon also has experience at financial technology firms, as CEO of RIXtrema, and Head of Quantitative Analytics at FactSet Research Systems.

Kara Wilson

Ms Wilson graduated from St Edwards University in Austin, TX with a Bachelors in Global Studies and International Business. She has 5+ years experience in customer service and sales, and my favorite part of the job is connecting with different kinds of people and helping them find success. In my free time you can find me running with my dogs, playing music, and mountain biking or skiing.

Thomas Zucosky

Head of Allocator Committee

Lucidity’s co-founder and Chief Investment Officer is Thomas Zucosky. Mr. Zucosky oversees manager selection and portfolio management for Lucidity Capital Partners. Previously, as Founder (1997) and CIO of Discovery Capital, he created & operated the multi-strategy SMA business model also used by Lucidity. Over his more than forty years of experience in alternative investments, Tom has had several roles at firms in hedge fund strategy due diligence, including InvestorForce (Philadelphia), where, he oversaw all institutional searches for hedge funds (clients included CalPERS and Citigroup) and Strategic Investment Group (Washington, DC), where he analyzed and managed portfolios for multiple institutions. In 1994, Tom partnered with fund-of-funds manager Olympia Capital Management (Paris), where he oversaw all US-based manager due diligence. In 1985, Tom co-founded Aegis Capital (NYC), a hedge fund. Tom graduated with a BS degree from the College of New Jersey in 1978. In 1980, he earned an MA with honors from Montclair State University.
